Apple watch: open the watch app on your iphone and tap the my watch tab. scroll to the app you want to remove, then tap it. turn off show app on apple watch, and wait for it to disappear from your watch's home screen. to reinstall the app, scroll down to available apps in the my watch tab and tap install.. Only the apps that you download on your pc or mac will be displayed there. as you can see in the image, i have many apps installed on my iphone on the right side (home screen section), but only one app is shown on the left in the apps list (this is the app that i have downloaded on my pc)..
